[1] This Service provides for remote services only. Any travel by Poly will be mutually agreed upon before the travel occurs. Invoices for travel related expenses will be billed separately.
[2] Results are based upon time spent, not upon milestones achieved.
[3] Consulting rates can be purchased either within normal business hours or outside of normal business hours. Consulting rates do not include T&E. A Consulting Effort and Schedule Agreement Form is required to define the focus of the Consulting time. Under a daily engagement offer, the minimum engagement duration of one (1) workday (eight (8) hour workday) is required to be ordered for each Delivery Assurance Manager; any time the Delivery Assurance Manager works for the Customer on the scheduled day will count toward billing of a full day. Under a half-daily engagement offer, the minimum engagement duration of one (1) half day is required to be ordered for each Delivery Assurance Manager; any time the Delivery Assurance Manager works for the Customer on the scheduled half day will count toward billing of a half day. Under an hourly engagement offer, the minimum engagement duration of four (4) hours is required to be ordered for each Delivery Assurance Manager; any time the Delivery Assurance Manager works for the Customer during the scheduled hour will count toward billing of a full hour. All days or hours estimated under this Service shall be valid for use for a period of six (6) months from the date of issuance of the applicable PO. On the day this six-month period expires, all then unused days or hours will stop being eligible for use and terminate without further notice. All days or hours that have been used up but not billed on such termination date, will be billed at this time.
